Yup! Indeed Shane was the first to introduce the snare demo videos, to my knowledge, and particularly in the format with the various tunings as he says. Love those by the way! I still check daily to see if new ones come up. What sets them apart for me is they always have the latest and greatest.....first! If I can't find it anywhere in Canada, I know Shane will have it. Maybe I'm not very patriotic, but when the customer service,prices, and products are top notch I want to shop there, I don't care where it is. I do support my local music businesses but unfortunately they don't carry a lot of the products I'm after. Glad you took the plunge into the drum retail world Shane. I know it must have been a big risk, but it appears that it's paying off. "NO GUTS, NO GLORY"! as the saying goes. I wish you and the staff continued success, and I look forward to more dealings with the store as it's always a pleasure.....even a million miles away from Thunder Bay! ...nice to see an instrument store devoted to drummers by drummers. Wish we had a music store in this part of Hawaii with that kind of inventory and knowledge base. It sucks when I gotta' buy new equipment without even touchin' it !! Best of luck to you

Great Video Shane. I recently moved to the west coast from New Hampshire and miss the fact that I don't get to come in for a visit whenever I like. Nice to see that things are going well for you (the snare wall has grown!). You have a great store and I always had a nice experience doing business or just dropping by. Any chance of expanding to Washington State?
