I absolutely love the tone of the first tuning. .... I build drums in my spare time. I would LOVE to try your tuning system on one of my drums. It would basically be a free-floater design from what I'm seeing.

One unfortunate consistency between all of these videos is how garbage the snare sounds. The low tune with loose wires just sounds cheap and takes away from the whole kit IMO

Sorry to hear that you feel that way. For what it's worth, the tone changes dramatically depending on head and wire choice. While this particular sound may not be your preference, we've got lots of other demos (especially on Instagram these days) that showcase a wider range of sounds.
