Pretty sure they’re battery operated LED’s and they hook up behind the harness or smth. Our band used to do the same thing

You can see what looks like a tiny battery pack or smth on the second person tenors at 7:28 around where the LED’s end

Hey Zac, the drumline used LED strip lights. Found on Amazon and other places. Other lights we used were led “fairy” lights, short rope light. They work great! Mostly they attached with tape and wound around the drum hardware.
