This is a cover of the vocaloid genre (Hatsune Miku, etc.) in Japanese subculture. It's sung by a vocaloid, and since it wasn't made to be sung by humans in the first place, it's really cool to see people cover it.

The "歌いました" or "Utaimashita" is not part of the songtitle. It means "I sang...", which is Ado's indicator that it's a cover. It's a bit confusing for people who can't read Japanese, but those people aren't her main target audience. Also, her cover and live videos don't have subs, but her original MVs all have english translations of the lyrics as CCs. Which is extremely rare from a Japanese artist.
