She is so under control, so relaxed. It seems effortless for her. She is a fantastic drummer.

She explained how she learns those songs. She said that she puts the song in Logic, learns 15 to 20 seconds segments and keeps adding until she completes the whole song.

That's a very popular technique. Some drummers can transcribe and some can learn by ear. She is definitely a talent to behold.

@@JasonSayersDrums I can transcribe but it would take way too long to do a song like that so I rather learn it by ear. I guess for some parts transcribing is better for accuracy though. if you like Meytal check Tarn Sofwhip she kicks ass.

@@JasonSayersDrums Oh! in that case...check Fumie Abe from Japan as well ( Tarn is from Thailand and is a signed Yamaha artist). I recommend Tarn covering Senbonzakura and fumie covering Arch Enemy). There are tons more female drummers such as A Yeon (korean) and some Russian girls whose names escape me ....

MEYTAL IS THE... BEST, I've been listening to her for about, 5 or 6 years so i know what she can do. Thank's for a great day, brother. I'm also a drummer, i've been playing since, 1975 so i know good music... my top drummer that i listen to is mainly alot of, Bill Bruford and such. See you in the future. ;)

you should react to some kai hahto drum videos. there isnt alot of drum cam videos of him except from his time in nightwish but that is too easy for him, he also play drums for Wintersun, sons of winter and stars etc
