@@erolbulut2584 How foolish of me. Of course keyboards are percussion instruments. Because you hit the keys with various sticks and mallets. Here's the thing: A violinist cannot be considered a drummer but a trumpet player can be considered a guitarist. True fact.

@@Royale_with_Cheeze No. One presses keys that are connected to hammers which strike strings. They reside in the percussion section.

Napoleon Murphy Brock's in the band, as well as guest performances from Steve Vai and Terry Bozio.

The drummer on this song is Chester Thompson, who eventually went on to play for Genesis (post Peter Gabriel). When he first joined that band, in a discussion with other Zappa drummers, he said that Phil Collins wanted to know how he played the drum riff from this song. Then he said he tried to show him, but Phil just couldn't get it right...🤣

The first time I saw Zappa, we were lucky enough to sit within the first 10 rows. His guitarist that tour, can't remember his name, but it was probably late 75 or 76, the guy wore a teeny tine bikini bottom. And it looked like he was completely naked behind his guitar. What an incredible show that was. His son, Dweezil came and hung out with me a few times in the late 80s at two of the radio stations I worked for. Such a sweetheart. Far more serious than his dad.
