I'd like to play the Auld Pipe Reel on violin, I've tried it by ear from your video but its very fast! Do you know where I could find the music for it?

Hi Rowan! I learned this tune from a book "Ceol Na Fiddle, Highland Tunes for the Fiddle, Volume 4" published by Taigh Na Teud, except in the book it has two different names: "Traditional Reel" and "Donald Macleod's Reel." That book is a great source for many Scottish tunes, but you might also be able to find the tune online under one of those other names. Happy fiddling!
