Oh my goodness. We just saw them at today’s Deep River Muster. My son was freaking out and wanted to talk to them but thought he was going to choke up. Funny thing is that he thought the beautiful petit brunette fife player was a child on KZbin, lol. He couldn’t get the nerve up to ask for a picture but they were all so gracious to say yes. It made his day.

That is new seeing medals, probably could have gone with the modern brackets or wear only the purple hearts as that is made and was issued by Washington. Only a few ever did get them but be a bit cleaned up.

The medals seen here are specific to the celebrations around Fiesta San Antonio - we wear them when participating in Fiesta, but not elsewhere.

I liked this but;; The drum heads are ALL too tight - they sound plasticy, and there resonance is GONE! A rope tensioon drum can do things with dynamics that these cannot. The are not soul-stirring the way a real rope-tension should sound, and the projection would certainly farther. Thank you guys. Ed Swanzey .
