I remember that old farmhouse! Wow! Wish I could buy it for a vacation mountain home. My grandfather was born & raised up toward the very end of burningtown falls road. Last time I went up there was about 2008. The road ends & you have to walk up to where the old house was. Since fallen down. I am 65yo now & am a city dweller for only 9 years in a nice condo. But the mountains & Franklin NC are burned in my childhood memories. We lived in TN but we visited my mom's relatives often in the summer months! Family reunion was at Lee Tallent's house which is now a road. I enjoyed seeing how tastefully they re-did that old house.

wow they really fixed this house up i used to go there as many kids did when i was growing up.... it was the town haunted house lol i dont know if it is true i know it gave me the creeps but i will say that it is beautiful and i never thought it would look like that in my lifetime just amazing from what it used to be

They took this one off the market about 6 months ago.. but the asking price was $379K.. Thanks for your comment about not showing the price.. I've made adjustments in all my new videos where I put a "hot link" into the video description that will take you to the actual MLS sheet with all the pricing, photos and other information....
