We as Americans also call 16 a child/minor when the vast majority of Americans are cool with or do not care about a 16 year old legally driving a car "when they can kill someone" or when the commit premeditated murder and being treated like an adult. When it comes to sex they get treated like a child/minor even when they agree to it which is hypocritical even though there is a context they can be legally married at both 16 and 17. You want to talk like the judge is corrupt but the laws that defend 16 is a child/minor/baby also defend the judge and 16 year old too.

My thoughts after walking out of work to see my car folded in half was “thank god i wasn’t in the car I would be dead.” But the next day, my friend drove me to work and on the highway, someone hit us and pushed us into the barrier, and we had to go in the ambulance to the hospital.
