the drunk guy should watch himself on this video. that's what helped me to quit drinking in a big way. was an alcoholic for 20+ years. i would force myself over and over to re watch this particular video of drunk me that was just pitiful. it made me so embarrassed and angry. i couldn't believe that was me. drunk people never have to see themselves wasted. so they think everything is ok. when in reality their world is breaking apart all around them.

Hello. How did you stop drinking?
@TSeeker1
@TSeeker1 4 жыл бұрын
@@scotter6286 I was being killed by demons, in my home, through people, it was horrible. I read somewhere that if you called on Jesus Christ, they would have to flee. (I was also a longtime practicing witch). I had always had a spirit of Antichrist, I hated the God of the Bible. But, I was desperate! I was also very addicted to downers and opiates and had been for over 30 years. When I got on my knees and cried out, Jesus was there instantly! With such power and authority - and LOVE. I knew it was Him, demons do not have that. They fled, immediately. I witnessed all this like it was a movie, not in my mind. I instantly realized how vile a sinner I was where I had always thought I was such good person, HA. I had weeks of Godly sorrow over all my sins and was granted repentance, not just changing my mind but stopping, along with a removal of the need for substances. No withdrawals, no cravings. That includes smoking cigarettes since I was 15. All gone! The key is to completely surrender your whole life to The Lord Jesus Christ. He is a gentleman, and won't force anything on you. Some people want a little bit of Jesus as long as they don't have to give up their favorite sins. He wants all of you, so He can do a mighty work! I was stupid and stubborn, and miserable my whole life. I can tell you what, who the Son sets free is free indeed! Also, the incredible peace I never had. It's been almost 2 years, and it's like I never even did those things.

It'd be very Very interesting to talk to the drunk guy when he is Sober. There must be a reason why he gets drunk. Stuck in a miserable job perhaps, or maybe has communication difficulties with people (Extreme social awkwardness). It could be a case of being overall frustrated,disappointed, and disgruntled with his life and the ways of the world. Maybe the problem was initially triggered by a relationship breakup of some sort,or the loss of a job that he tried to keep but wasn't competent enough for. He Did mention about relatives of his that had passed away. That can in itself trigger a need to escape reality.

Tim Sharpe Matthew 26:41 (KJV) 41 “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” sin keeps us away from God as he is Holy. The more we sin, the further we go from our protection and thus the more vulnerable we are to ungodly ways. We are in a spiritual war and that man is being attacked. He needs our prayers in the name of Jesus (who has all authority)That’s how we win in a spiritual war. Blessings my friend
@frankierideaux
@frankierideaux 4 жыл бұрын
@Cyrus Dabar that is facts! I was about to tell him there is no such thing as rebuking that mans alcoholism, because it is a behavior issue possibly being driven by a spiritual death of him choosing that life over choosing Christ. God turns us over to our own rejection of Him and magnifies our own desires to drive us deeper in our own sin and future from Him. We treat fallen spirits as though they are not still actual angels with personality, intellect, and will. Angels (a spirit of alcohol- like they call it) laugh at the idea of a word like rebuke without actual authority to do so. That only comes from Christ alone and us being one with HIM who has authority to be able to make an angel flee which only comes by submission first. As you said, the satan is very intelligent and he doesn't have to destroy what is already operating in rebellion against God. The satan is actually doing the things like blessing sinners with things that push them further from God like money, fame, women, popularity, cars, happiness, excitement and those same people thank God for those false blessings. We don't understand the spirit realm therfore we get tossed around like pawns thinking we are favored by God, not realizing the fake blessing is driving us further from God daily. It bothers me that Rae said the other guys parents must have prayed for him to hear the message, and I'm like how does he know that. People in the comments section are like that was powerful, and I'm like the real focus should be did the man have a change in heart and did he truly understand that he needs Christ above anything else. We gravitate towards sweet things but don't see the bigger picture and sometimes the actual way might be boring, miserable, dangerous, hard, and painful but the question is could we recognize it as truth and then have the faith to walk in it. The only way to do that is to know the word. I'm hurt for my people..

Randy Couch I heard that the Indians were paid but they ‘scalped’ one another! White man didn’t do it to them. They also didn’t welcome the Jews, where as the puritans did. God honors that. But most of all, I believe because they worshipped not God, but the sun and the moon and the stars, God didn’t honor their lives. He allowed them to stir trouble amongst themselves.

getting drunk can make you very happy for 3 hours....and ruin your life......all sin can be fun for a few hours....and all sin can ruin your life....short term discipline and self control can give you a long, healthy and happy life....God's way is the best.

@Stacey Coetzee Wow, so true. So many murders on Dateline NBC are because the hubby or wifey are cheating and want the insurance money so they can spend it on their backdoor lover....so sad. Have you heard of Gerry Coetzee? The boxer?

Thank God for people that have the nerve to stand in the face of those who really don't want to hear it. We've got to get out of our comfort zones and have difficult situations. I love the way you guys do this and I have begun to learn how to witness without judgement

I agree with cause I faced the same thing when I was in high school and I was raised catholic, but I just didn’t have that relationship with the Lord that I didn’t even know existed so I became a believer & enjoyed Him💯 The drunk guy was definitely a test for Ray but I believe he did a great job💯
