Sir ji, I am agree on that this is wrong that drink and drive , yes of-course need to have heavy penalty on same with compulsory jail. But this is also the wrong to live on foothpath. Maximum of them is thief, also they don’t want to work . They want beg , also they stolen kids . Actually the thing is that nobody have to allow to live at foothpath , railway station, airport. Many times I have personally offer them a job as we are working in construction industry and required unskilled workers but they dined with abuse. So begging is also crime and need strict rules and regulations for people’s to make healthy and good life to everyone.
