泡過水的綠豆塞進洗淨的豬大腸（可利用漏斗），不可塞太滿留ㄧ些空間，大腸兩頭以棉線綁緊放鍋子，數量隨各人倒入米酒+鹽+豬骨湯或清水（剛好淹煮腸）兩片薑，電鍋外鍋一杯多一些的水去蒸，電跳起後再悶20分鐘再調入少許味精，哇！真是美味。 此時綠豆已膨脹豬大腸變成很大一條，我家是綁成一段段吃的時候很方便不用切。
