The plaintiff says the defendant’s boyfriend asked the plaintiff to drive them to and from a strip club. She claims the defendant got drunk, assaulted her boyfriend, bit off his finger, and threw rocks at the plaintiff’s car, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff was arguing with her and her boyfriend that night, and she’s countersuing for a bail bond and emotional distress.

The Honorable Judge Mathis always has a point and always makes it a point to make his point - sometimes in a roundabout fashion, which you, Adrian, quite often don't like. In fact, never have I heard you agree with any verdict Judge Mathis makes. You're quite the disagreeable guy. You like being oppositional simply for the sake of being oppositional, and often working in cognito under the guise of other monikers on KZbin, three of which I know. You behave like a disagreeable 13 year old teenager whose hormones are raging and who hasn't taken his hyperactivity medications - the kind of Child who never learned how to raise his hand in class... he just speaks out of turn because he's the damn boss of the world, little knowing he's barely the prince of poop mountain. Honesty, intervening is sometimes not worth it. Those so-called "victims" will turn on you for getting the police involved. They will lie for him to protect him. They will try to do you harm for trying to help them. And leaving isn't an option. They refuse to leave. They make excuses. I've seen it before on more than one occasion. A person that's trying to be a savior to someone like her can easily become a memory. Now you're in a grave and she's going about her ratchet life.

I am not surprised at all. Atlanta is the most ghettonism I have ever experienced in my life. I NY, was the worst ghetto women. But apparently, Atlanta, is an upgrade to every ghetto you experience.

She said she told her to stop spitting in each other face because it’s a man and a woman … but why does it have to be a man and a woman just the fact that they’re human beings you shouldn’t want that?

So you watched her get beat up but called the cops when she threw rocks at your car? Girl code used to mean more. Even if I don't know you, girl code is important

I witnessed a woman being abused by her man and I called the police. Even gave the woman some water in MY cup from MY house while she waited on MY PORCH for the police. You know what she did? Went right back to him. I understand the judge saying she could have done something but some times the woman will get mad at you or turn on you for the man. No good deed goes unpunished…

Judge Mathis was wrong on this one.. the lady said she didn’t know her . And had already stated she met the female that night when she gave them a ride to the club .judge was more upset about her not calling the police for domestic violence.

Plaintive led off saying" prior to this day she did not know Ms.Clay". Ooou wee JM. Then Defendant lied ..first she said the lady stay right across the street, then at the end she says , She don't even stay there...smh🤦🏽‍♀️ im glad this case is over.

The plaintiff did say in her opening testimony that she met the defendant that day to take the defendant family to the strip club, so Judge Mathis memory was way off in the final verdict..

I've seen where a woman attacked someone who tried to intervene to stop her boyfriend from beating on her, that's why a lot of people stay out of other people business. You have to judge the situation carefully. You don't know someone just because you give them a ride. Another case again why judge Mathis shouldn't be judging 🤦🏾‍♀️

It happens too often when the abused woman will prevent someone from helping her. I refuse to physically help domestic violence victims because of it. But, calling the police I would do.

Goes to show that judge mathis did not listen to the story that the young lady told she initially said that the older woman lived directly across from her. At the end, she switched it to. The man lived across the street.

The plaintiff was lying the entire time. It made no sense that the girl would destroy her car for no reason. And I would have called the cops instantly, if I saw someone getting beaten. It wouldn't matter if it was a woman or man.
