The plaintiff says the defendant’s boyfriend asked the plaintiff to drive them to and from a strip club. She claims the defendant got drunk, assaulted her boyfriend, bit off his finger, and threw rocks at the plaintiff’s car, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff was arguing with her and her boyfriend that night, and she’s countersuing for a bail bond and emotional distress.

Honesty, intervening is sometimes not worth it. Those so-called "victims" will turn on you for getting the police involved. If nothing else defendants on this show never fail to countersue for "harrassment," or "emotional distress." Almost as if the producers backstage tell them to do it: Producers: Do you have a counterclaim?
