Just as an FYI - Vancouver Island - The City is Victoria & it is the Capital of British Columbia those are the Provincial Parliament Buildings also known as the Legislative assembly . It is where the Provincial Gov does it's thing . Just so you know & welcome to B.C.

Thank you. This was my first time here and a new experience for me. I did enjoy my stay there. It's so much cleaner than San Francisco. I hope someday I can revisit that area again. Thank you for the FYI.
