Drury Plaza Hotel / Disney Springs Area / Our 2 Year Anniversary Celebration

Congrats (about a month late) on your 2nd wedding anniversary. Here's to many more! It is always nice to find an less expensive alterntative to on property Disney resorts. I do love the Disney resort hotels... but those Disney prices are... not ideal. We always watch our videos together too after I post them too because Jack doesn't usually see the finished product until it is posted. As far as unpacking in the hotel goes... depends on how long we are staying. If we are only in a hotel for a night or two, we usually do not unpack and put clothes in the dresser or closet. But if it is going to be a longer stay, we usually do. Drury Plaza Hotel looks nice. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Thank you so much! It was nice to experience a different option and we loved being in walking distance of Disney Springs. The biggest difference we found with this hotel is when planning visits to Disney parks you really have to plan out your day because the transportation to the parks from this hotel are scheduled times and not every 15-20 minutes like when staying at a Disney resort. We did love all the added extras you get when staying here. I would definitely stay here again sometime.

Sorry I somehow missed this one lol! I'm watching these in reverse order now I guess LOL! Love that the room has a microwave. Great room tour! Nice little patio area, LOL Dave telling the lady he's scared of heights. LOVE your nails. SO cute. So glad Dave did his too hahaha! Kitchen Bar looks like a nice convenient spot to eat at. Mmm that margarita is calling my name. Those totchos are ALSO calling my name haha. The burger looks good too! Mmm a butterfinger! So nice to have a beer on your little patio. Another great video you guys! So sorry we watched in reverse LOL!

Haha don’t be sorry, you can watch however you want to 😊. It was a nice little stay away from home just to do a little something special to celebrate. The Kitchen Bar was really tasty. It was nice to stay somewhere a little different but of course we still prefer Disney resorts for the convenience 😊.

We unpack too but we use packing cubes and just transfer them from the suitcase to the drawer. Holy moley $8 a can for beer! Those are some Disney prices lol! We always watch our videos together too because I do all the editing and Bob has no idea what they are going to look like 🤣 That’s a lot of adult beverages vouchers they give you! That’s awesome! 💕

We thought it was an excellent value for the price to stay here BUT if you are a big Disney person like we are I would much rather pay the extra money and stay at a Disney-specific resort. The biggest reason is Disney transportation. They don't go to Disney Springs so you are walking or driving. Also, the transportation to the parks is sporadic and spread out whereas at a Disney resort, it's very frequent. We had a great time though and loved all the free amenities you get at this hotel 😊

Congratulations on your 2 Year Anniversary. They did a good job updating this place. But I have to say that one thing I dont like about most Drury is they love using wood. I dont the the wood design. Makes everything like the tables look old. Thanks for taking us along and having a drink for us. HAHAHA. LIKE 6. 👍👍👍

Thank you 😊. They do love using wood. We had a great time at the Drury. Although I would much rather stay on Disney property for the convenience it brings we think the Drury is a nice alternative 😃

Your food looked yummy. Jon loves to unpack and I am usually so tired I just do what I am told haha I do use packing cubes though so it’s pretty easy. Xx
