Being institutionalized has helped me so much in life. I'm not ashamed to point it out where I learned those characteristics. I agree though some of us take it way too far way too long after getting out. It's cool to keep yourself in check with scheduled cleanliness but you gotta understand everyone around you is not on that level and don't understand the feeling of security it can bring you. One of my best friends from childhood is one of these characters he is just insane and does keep a small circle of people on the same level. It's his family and they only do so cause they're scared to tell him no. There's good and bad institutionalized.

I feel this 1000%. I know somebody like this too and like you said there is a good and a bad institutionalized. It almost reminds you of a sort of Boot Camp, keeping your things together in one spot and making sure all your stuff is clean, but some people can take a little too far.
