Disgusting behaviour, sad to hear that Drututt had such a seemingly lonely experience

I had a similar experience when I went to Korea. So many racists in that country, I empathise with drut

I think its not so bad if you can speak Korean, because when I went there I only experienced something like this one time. If u can't speak Korean they see it as disrespectful and then disrespect you back. But if you are white or black guy that cant speak Korean at all they will treat u badly.

What I don't understand is why druta stayed alone in a hotel very far away from LS and the people that can actually help him with the language and everything else, like if it's your first time in a foreign country that you don't even know the language why would you do that?

im sure there's a reason that we don't need to know because it's none of our business

Druta explained it on stream he doesn't really like sleeping with "strangers" (other than family) he explained being uncomfortable when he stayed with dantes at some point.

When I was in KR for 2 weeks I didn't experience a single racist/nationalist issue both in Seoul and Busan. If anything people were really nice to me. Young couple offered to help to take a photo of me and my girlfriend in Seoul. Same happened later in Busan, but this time it was more of a middle-aged guy. Older people were really nice too. One guy in Busan took us to the place we needed and was really welcoming, especially when he learned that we're from Russia. In fact he told a story of how he was in Russia when he was young and liked it a lot, he even took a night train from Moscow to St. Petersburg (my city) to take a look at our architecture and then took another night train back to Moscow to flight back home. I also ate every single morning at some basic small Korean place owned by two older ladies and they always helped us get what we wanted, even if this dish wasn't on an translated menu. Idk, maybe if you're looking tidy, speak calm and being nice to other people (even if it's fake nice), then they have no reasons to act bad towards you.

that's good, i was in an empty area and when to a store to buy a drink but the shopkeeper wasnt friendly and had his arms crossed, he at least sold it to me without trouble. Another situation was i got approached by a cult/scammer but ended up not asking me for money. Other than those the trip was good. Mainly other tourists were more friendly than the locals and the locals were chill. Except at the club the some of the local guys were either body shaming or their approach was poor towards girls.

I can understand the shops getting annoyed with having to speak in 50+ languages because of all the tourism but they need to try at least. My trip to Poland last year was amazing, every Żabka and Biedronka I went in had amazing staff and seemed like they wanted you to enjoy your time. I will probably go back in a few years time.

50+ languages. All they really need is very basic english which should be standard to learn in tourist locations.

Maybe that's why they're racist, because that place is full of foreigners, they see so many and some are really annoying so they start to dislike them. I don't know how it is in Korea, but usually in towns that are in the middle of nowhere, people are really nice even if they're foreigners. Not trying to justify it btw.
@Lyceonn Жыл бұрын
Not a league player casually justifying racism. "not trying to justify it btw" is like saying im not racist, but
