Lol listening to you talk about your back made me laugh. I was born in 86, maybe 5 or so years ago I was enjoying the evening with my wife. I bent over to induldge in something and got stuck there, in that position. Just like you said, no idea what happened or why, but the pain was immense. I just stayed there until after about 10-15 minutes I could for some reason move again. Joys of getting old.

Bro, league is not a static game. Everything constantly changes. Camille sucked for a long time to the point where she almost completely stopped being picked toplane and her role basically shifted to support cause of hail of blades cheese and bloodsong being much cheaper and better sheen item. Its likely a Sacroiliac joint slip. You're lacking mobility/stability in your glutes/core. Look up glute medius activation and core stability exercises and stay consistent with them. You'll heal regardless but just know there is an underlying strength and activation issue in your glutes, particularly glute medius.
