Drew there's different ammo types. High explosive for Ships with little to no armor and Amor piercing for Ships with Alot of armor like battleships. Use AP on battleships and cruisers. If you're playing aircraft carriers get closer to the enemy ship and take lead on a moving ship before you fire your torpedoes. Daring is pronounced "Dare-ing" not Darling

If you want harder battles with real players I recommend playing Random Battles by clicking the Co-op Battle and choosing Random Battles

Just some advice for next time, when ever your playing has a cruiser and your fighting another cruiser always load AP, if your fight against a battleship with a cruiser then use HE because your fast firing guns will always light the battleship on fire, when ever you play has a Battleship always load AP to fight with other battleships and if you want you can load HE to take out Cruisers but I like to use AP no matter what in my battleship. :)

The World of Warships pan American tree is an insult to the effort that several people from said nations put into literally making a tech tree for them. All WG had to do was code them in. Instead they threw it out the window and made this national insult to Latin America. It's composed almost entirely of "well these nations were allied or this country considered buying a ship so it's realistic". It's insulting.

There was this one match against players where my ship would be on fire almost all the time, and due to the higher detection range of an enflamed ships, the other ships would keep peppering me with HE even as I raced away from the battle zone. I think I survived until the end of the match and I also think my team won. I think that's around the time I stopped disrespecting HE shells.
