Your body produces testosterone. After age 30 it starts reducing by 1% every year. . So it is advisable to try to increase testosterone by natural methods as follows: 1) Reduce weight if obese. 2) Do exercise. Squats are best. 4) Have raw fruits and vegetables (salad). Reduce cooked food, increase raw fruits and vegetables. 5) Get adequate sleep. 6) Stop watching porn. 7) Include coconut water and the hard coconut into your diet. 8) Include dry fruits particularly almonds, walnuts, pistachios and kaju(cashew). 9) Avoid Maida, packed, junk foods. we have few problems and require correct guidance: 1. we don't know about good mulit-minerals. We take multivitamin with max ingredients which includes vits, minerals, pro-bios etc, but now we know that that table is not good. Its give ulcers, gas etc. So its better we take 5 tabs: 2 for multivitamin different kinds and 2 for minerals so that formula is stable and absorbable in body. 2. Now companies in India has trust issues because in one factory all products are made and then labelled differently. We can know about quantity by comparing with RDA but quantity and absorption has very difficult parameters. 3. Further requirement is to suggeste right product's with company names that can be used by us. (health has no price limit). 4. Vit D le to kiska, fish oil le to kiska, ashwaghanda to kaunsa? suggest that...not of centrum or HK etc but of right pharma companys which make them as medicine not as supplements. [may have good gov regulations, because supplements me kuch bhi chal rha h] 5. Most of us won't mind sending Rs 100-200 per day over and above our food on essentials supplements [including scares minerals too]. 6. Hope i make some sense and if possible you launch such a product.

Can take L-citrulline any time on rest day also but do not take Citrulline Malate on rest day as it gives you too much stimulation which doesn’t go away without intense activity. Also, rinse your mouth after drinking C.Malate to protect your teeth as it is highly acidic.

I would like to correct you sir, Reaserch and studies show L- Arginine absorption is very bad in Human body whereas L- Citruline absorption is very good though Citruline gets converts into Arginine but direct Arginine taking in ay form makes absorption very poor, Very less Arginine is absorbed in body, Rest goes out from Urine where as Citruline absorption is very high which changes into Arginine but Direct Arginine cabsorption is very less or bad

malat mat lo sirf citrulline lena malate lene ki jarurt nahi coz ye creatine ke jaise work karta hai body me
