Hello Dr. V.G.Gupta, I liked Dr. Indu Sharma’s pelvic floor muscles exercises. I was doing muscle stretching exercises before starting the cardio vascular exercises (jogging, biking, and climbing on the stair master), and muscle toning exercises such as weight lifting, bench presses, pushups, and squats. I am physically fit individual. My yearly physical check up (blood, hormones and urein) tests are in the range. I watched your video with Dr. Indu Sharma. Fortunately, I started doing pelvic floor muscles exercises along with stretch out muscles exercises. Can I do both? Is it okay to engage both exercises before starting cardio and weight lifting exercises? Thank you. Super good video 👍
