Sir I watch ur each video on youtube. You give information in a language which any normal person can understand.Sir, My father, 73 Yrs, having Ex SCLC mets to Liver. Carboplatin+ Etoposide+ Tecentriq till 4 cycle, then Tecentriq only for 5 more cycles, next was scheduled on 22/11/24.But postponed due to low Platelets. At present 17k However After 4 cycle, platelets didn't go above 1 Lakhs, but between 60k to 98k.Recent ALT: 133; AST: 225; ALP: 597; GGT: 1667; Rest Blood parameters like Iron, B12, TIBC, Ferritin, Hb etc normal. DCT/ICT: Negative, Bone marrow studies: No metastasis. PET CT: Progression of Disease. Physical condition is stable, Loss of appetite(Bhookh kam lagna), some itching in stomach, back. 2nd line Chemo not starting due to low Platelets. Sir, When Imdelltra (Tarlatamab) trials are expected to go on in India or it will come directly (without trials) in India? And what can I expect further.

Kuch gap dekar kya baad mein chemo ke sath de sakte hai immunotherapy hum late ho gye the immuno start jarwane mein. 6 cycle ho chuke hai chemo ke. Please reply sir.
