How is it not a part of healthcare is a mystery but at the same time but no brainer it's just the same paradox as why diabetes medicine isn't expensive to make but cost an arm and a leg for a diabetic true attain it. The country is ran by evil people and greed but don't worry money is great at kindling fires especially when you're in a lake of fire so health issues that could be easily solved could be frustrating but not as frustrating as burning for eternity I can imagine

It also applied on many medical problems, excluding serious health problems, only for RM 1!

@jeniferdavis159422 күн бұрын
Or if do manage to find a cheap clinic that does a sliding-fee scale for the price, you risk getting the worst results possible because they absolutely do not care about being thorough. They just see as many patients as possible in as short of time as possible and it can end up worse off. I got a root canal done at one of those clinics and my tooth still hurts 14 years later. Last X-ray I got at a (different) dentist said that there was somehow still some of the root nerves inside, which I literally didn’t think was possible. THEN, at another cheap dentist, they said I had a cavity on a tooth that I couldn’t feel, as in there was zero pain. They insisted on the drill & fill and the tooth has caused such severe pain off and on that I daydream about ripping it out completely with a pair of pliers. They filled it about a year ago and I still can’t chew on that side. **THANKS, DOC!!!**

I would like to point out to everyone... thankfully your body tells you that you're in trouble with PAIN. So yeah, you'll feel severe pain before any of this progresses to anything said here. This means you wont just drop dead one day because of an old cavity. As someone who currently has untreated cavities due to insurance problems, I have to make sure to keep my teeth as clean as possible so the bacteria doesn't spread. Any first signs of pain, I take care of it immediately before it gets worse. I'm not saying you should just clean your teeth like a madman so you don't ever have to go to a dentist, but rather, it is possible to live with them for a while if you have to. So don't freak out guys if you think you have a cavity and cant soon take yourself to a dentist. Take care of yourselves out there dudes!

Out of all the sh*t I’ve seen on KZbin, I think this was the most unsettling. The drill sound brought back trauma from dental work and now my entire body is covered in goosebumps, lol. Too bad dentistry is often considered a “luxury” or “cosmetic repair” in my country. You either pay the price of a used car for your dental work, or you risk going to one of the few dentists that accept low-tier insurance and/or sliding fee rates. Or, you can do the third option, which is to take out a credit card with skyrocketing rates to pay for your dental needs. That’s always a fun option. Or, like so many people unfortunately do here, you can ignore it until it lands you in the emergency room, that way they *have* to treat you no matter what, and then you just have to avoid debt collectors for like 7 or so years until the bills go away. Whichever is clever 🎉
