You can take anything you like at 3 months should not be a problem.

I drink early bird morning cocktail everyday. It's all natural, But it does have tumorick in it And I have been cooking with garlic. My surgery is in a month and A half. Should I stop drinking that? And should I stop cooking with garlic?

Thank you for the information I will be having a tummy tuck on 1/18 I do use ginger and turmeric but in tea for is that also not recommended? The other supplement I use is seamoss is that ok?
