I absolutely love my results. I don’t have the tummy tuck looking stomach. I also had lipo 360 so that makes all the difference so you have a beautiful shape afterwards and don’t just look like a square like most doctors give you.

@@BeatrizGarcia-fd3by I had my mommy makeover 24 days ago, not by Dr. Williams, but I can tell you that TT does not hurt. It might hurt the first couple hours (wrapping pain like contractions but pain level for me was 5 out of 10) of surgery. The next day on was just discomfort, stiffness and soreness. I stop taking my pain meds day 3.

Es mi sueño, volver a tener mi estómago plano, pero no se dará, eso ya lo sé, cuando logré bajar de peso, fui con un cirujano plástico y me dijo, baja 13 libras más y te opero, llevaba meses caminando 3 horas sin parar, comiendo 900 calorías diarias, bebiendo 3 litros de agua, bajé a 193 libras, el no hasta que llegues a 180 me mató, me deprimí, el dinero se fue en pagar deudas, etc. y recuperé las casi 40 libras perdidas, para personas como yo, que sufrimos de hipotiroidismos, hígado graso, etc., es dificilísimo lograr bajar de peso, en mi caso era un sueño eliminar la panza que quedó colgando con las cesáreas que tuve, etc etc. Felicito al doctor,excelente trabajo el que hizo con la paciente del video, quedó perfecta. Hard to say without seeing you in person but I would guess at least 40 pounds but just start losing weight and when all of your internal fat is gone and your tummy is flat then have a TT. That way you will look the best you can possible look.

Yes you can. I only perform fat grafting to a breast if it is along with an implant--I don't do fat grafting to the breast alone as I prefer the appearance of a breast implant over fat alone.

So my breasts are similar to hers, after weight loss and 3 huge 10lbs babies and breast feeding all of them, I’ve lost so much volume. I’m getting a lift, augmentation and my Dr will be doing some lipo to give more shape for side boob… but I’m still trying to envision is 38dd is going to be the right size. I told my doc I want High profile- I want my boobs high and full again like when I was breast feeding and they were engorged. Lol We haven’t spoken about cc’s, just size and I’ve manipulated my boobs also to show my Dr. How I want my volume to be and where I want my boobs higher on my chest. No tear drop. But I’m wondering for it to look appropriate if I should go a bit bigger… since I have a wide chest/bigger build.

The width does not influence cup size all the time. In general if one has a wider breast than their breast will be larger, but sometimes patients can have empty, small breasts that are still wide.
