I Nuzlocked The Weirdest Pokemon Game

I attempted a Hardcore Nuzlocke of a very odd Romhack called Omega Paradox BLIND.

NUZLOCKE RULES:
Basic Rules:
-Once a Pokémon faints it is considered dead and cannot be used anymore.
-You can only catch your first encounter in every area.
-You must nickname every Pokémon.
-Once you white out the run is over.
Hardcore Rules:
-You cannot use items in battle. Held items are allowed.
-You have to change the Battle-Style to "Set".
-You cannot level past the next Gym Leaders strongest Pokémon.
Blind Rules:
-You may not look at any documentation (except for the level caps)
-You may not calculate anything for damage

This game left me cackling so hard I couldn't breathe. The Drake sprite is top tier, and Wally looks like they got him from Wish. But my favourite thing has to be low budget Megamind, beautiful reference to Pokemon Adventures. Love how he commands Team Aqua when they aren't even in the same region, 20/10. WAIT no I take it back, my favourite thing is Vecna's Curse N. That's the best sprite right there

One way you can tell if you hit a move in gen 5 through evasion boosts is if a gem activates. Let's say you're using Flying Gem Acrobatics. If you miss the move, the gem won't activate. If you hit the Acrobatics, the gem will activate. Not too important because you'll see the message of the miss or the health bar going down anyway, but still

I love how this is just a nonsense hack that is like "fuck it, random trainers are NPCs" while still kind of being a thing, like it seems to not take itself seriously at all but at least isn't completely stupid like some hacks that are so absolutely idiotic that they are unplayable and shit One thing while watching this that is an actual improvement over any base Unova game.. getting a fishing rod during the main game.. like I never knew it was a post game thing.. so I started up Black randomly to do water only because.. bored one day.. gave up early on since, with level caps.. Burgh is the worst thing ever because Leavanny outspeeds and OHKO'd my entire team multiple times (wasn't nuzlocke.. just challenge) and my only mons were I think a Panpour, Tympole, and Dewott.. since those were only options.. But something way way worse was all the Triple and Rotation battles.. like I know that was one of the new things in Unova (and honestly SHOULD have been used more than like twice, with both I think being optional).. but the AI seemingly not able to understand it was... interesting
