I absolutely love this video. I feel like I’m in class…lol. I’ve been scribed for about 7 years and I’ve learned so much. I recently cut my sisterlocks and went back to my short phase…was going through a lot then. Your hair looks amazing!

Thank you for the educational session. You locks are healthy and beautiful. Do you air dry or use a dryer?
@DrkNlvely8 күн бұрын
@@jacquelinebrathwaite8088 i’m glad you like the video during the summer. I definitely air dry during the winter. I have to dry with the dryer. I just got a rev air that I will implement into my drying process.

Yeah with my hair texture I don’t think I’ll be fully loc’d until about year 5 too. My first set of Sisterlocks I was at year 3 and still wasn’t fully loc’d. Now I’m on my 2nd set of Sisterlocks. I’m only 1 month in to the date lol.

I saw this video last night and you spoke to me and my locs lol. I’ve been battling with dry and brittle hair for a few years and couldn’t figure out why? I’ve been locked for 7yrs. I immediately ran for my clothes steamer and tried it.. I know you said steaming every few months but what’s your take on weekly?

Hey, I see you're using a resin comb. Do you feel that's better for your locks than the sandalwood one?
@DrkNlvelyАй бұрын
@@Talena4679 literally I have no preference. I’ve never used the sandalwood one so I can’t comment on which one is better. The resin one gets the job done. 👍🏾
