Dry coating also solves the swelling issue of silicon composite anodes. Silicon has 12 times more specific capacity compared with graphite(carbon)meaning we will see 900wh/kg battery cells with sulfide based solid electrolytes , dry coated silicon composite anodes and dry coated 955 or 973 NMC or NMX(cobalt free) cathodes in early 2030s
