Tried the Weihenstephaner Weiss bier on your recommendation yesterday mate. Went down a treat. So much so that I picked up another 3 for tonight. Almost picked up the Pirate Life that you've just reviewed but ended up getting the Little Creatures Flying Low. Not sure if you've done that one previously.

Normal weizen beer is cloudy from the yeast. The helle version has been filtered so it’s clear. there is also a darker version, dunkel.

The cool thing about the Bavarian Helles is each Little town had there own Brand The closer you got to Austria the better the Beer seemed to get ,If you went North towards Frankfort they dont brew Helles its Pils and not as good in my opinion its more bitter
