Dry Lamination Machine

Dry lamination is a technique that bonds two or more flexible substrates without using liquids or solvent-based adhesives. The process involves these steps:
Apply adhesive: A bonding agent is dissolved in a liquid, such as water or a solvent, and applied to one of the webs. The adhesive can come in roll form and have various structures, such as webs, films, or nets.
Drying: The adhesive is then dried in a drying oven or zone.
Laminate: The adhesive-coated web is laminated to the other web using heated rollers and strong pressure. The rollers can be heated internally with electricity or by passing a heating fluid, such as steam, water, or oil, through them. In some cases, two steel or rubber rolls may be used for the lamination tip.
