$500k is low IMHO. Given that regular not new homes in my outskirts town neighborhood are at least that much on. 15 acre. In this market I'd think a commercial property and possibly full business already functioning skills be a steal.

She's an alcoholic and likely lashes out in some way. Any normal person wouldn't end a near-marriage relationship just because their partner likes beer. She definitely partakes too much too often. She needs to work on herself before jumping into another relationship. Good luck to her but it sounds exactly like my husband when he drank whiskey. He knew the alcohol was the problem and it took me being halfway out the door, literally, for him to realise he needed to change. He's doing much better now but still wanders off the trail and his lessened consumption has calmed down his chronic pancreatitis so he's not in the hospital every month.
