Thank you! ❤ I'd say try to avoid flat irons and curling irons as much as possible. If you can straighten your hair with only a blow dryer, even better! Something that helps me keep my hair healthy is doing intense overnight oil treatments at least once a week before wash day. My favorite oil at the moment for that is the Fable & Mane HoliRoots Oil. I also like to do hydrating hair masks every time I wash my hair. Some of my favorites are the Ouai Medium Hair Mask and the Olaplex #8 Moisture Mask ❤ Hope this helps! ❤
