I was 350 lbs a month ago. I lost 50 lbs in 24 days on extreme carnivore. Felt amazing, easy to avoid childish food, did 18 hr fasts, kept a log. Then, a piece of filth drove by my house and fired into it. It took 5 days of feeling like a truck ran over me to get me back on the diet. I'm now 5 days in and although it is harder for some reason, I'm killing it.
