Lovely Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you researched - Melubras Physique Patenier (probably on Google)? It is a great exclusive guide for getting a flatter belly fast without the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work colleague after many years got great success with it.

In what trays you dry them on: wood, stainless steel, aluminium? Does this affects the flavour of the dry appricots? I dried some myself this summer on a mesh tray that was from plastic and their flavour wasn 't that good after some time in storage.I think wood trays are best

They do, SO2 is sulfur dioxide. (look at their answer one post down)

Also their juices escape from the mesh tray and their taste was sour not very sweet, because they lost their sugars from the juice

So for 4-5 days every ant,spider,cockroach,beetle,bug,mouse,rat,bird,squirrel has access to the open air dried fruit before it goes to market for people to eat.
