Slowly making my way through all of your content. This one was particularly fun with the dehydrating time-lapse and the YAY! shouts when you succeed. Made me smile!

I thought sage would need grinding. I usually dry mine upside down in paper bags and hang them up where the furnace is. I like your store shopping music. ☺️ And Charlie Brown kids in the Yay section!

New subscriber here..how lovely to have found your channel while searching for “ how to dehydrate herbs”. So nice to find an English Channel too, plenty of great American ones but nice to know there are people closer to home doing this. I’ve been growing herbs for decades and have dried them hanging up- dusty and in the way! Bought my dehydrator two days ago , have done tomatoes and now about to give my herbs a hair cut. I manage to overwinter sage, thyme and rosemary here in Norfolk, but shall be drying parsley, oregano, mint and the lovely basil I managed to grow on from a supermarket pack..the plant just went wild when I replanted it in a pot outside, because of course we’ve had so much sunshine this summer. Looking forward to watching your other videos! Where are you BTW?

Growing Frugal lease do! And I have to tell you that you are a real “ enabler” ! 😅 I have been musing about Instsnt Pots but you have persuaded me during the course of my binge watch of your videos! 🤣 Sadly Amazon are out of stock so went to Lakeland site... got to the very end to submit my order and “ page not available” Grrrr! Have emailed them to find out whether I’ve ordered or not and what to do. Once my mind is made up....🤣

Oh I'm sorry- I do love a kitchen gadget and the IP is my absolute favourite, and has been since I got my first one in early 2016. It's truly been transformative for me, especially in helping me prepare for the tough days and batch up everything. There's a very good UK Facebook group for it if you do get one- lovely bunch of people. I honestly don't like Facebook but stay on it for this group! But on to pressure canning... I've often looked up pressure canners but they are so rare in this country. If you don't mind sharing, which brand did you get and where from? And do you know if they work on Induction hobs?
