As a kayaker who does on-the-water safety for swim events, I can absolutely say that these things are a life saver. Waking up at 5 in the morning to get ready for briefing and slipping into one of these is bliss.

I bought the camo dryrobe. For jetskin....love it...definitely recommend this

Regarding it’s bulk, if you put it in a compression sack it compacts down very small. It easily fits in a small rucksack, if rain is forecast on the VLM2020 I’m going put in my kit bag. But don’t buy the dryrobe compression bag, go to sports direct.

How isnthe wool? Does it dry your skin like cotton terry cloth or leave your skin tacky /moist like fleece. I'm looking for a swimming/surfing changing parka.
