this house is from one of our favorite builders in Idaho on a treed hill.
each house my wife and I get a little faster and a little better.
at some point we might get some helpers but for now us and the lift are working on fine.

I own a water damage and mold remediation company in navada. And a lot of homes under construction have been getting mold in craw spaces with the wet seasons. So that probably why the fan is on. Smart home builder

the fan is to dry out the plywood sub floor. my old boss did same thing in his houses. or at least that's what he used them for
