Drywall patch how to using wood for backing

How to create backing for a large patch using scrap wood. You can frame around the entire patch if you need the extra support. We used 2' x 4' wood but you can use any scrap wood. Make sure when you are patching you use the correct drywall board - either 1/2" or 5/8".
