Keep it up. Here’s a pointer. You can actually wipe several joints without cleaning your knife between each one. You can clean your knife on the board as you’re wiping it. You can wipe 4-5 then clean it. It is possible it just takes practice. I’ve got 33 years of experience and have been doing it that way for a long time
