You are an excellent instructor, and your tips made my first attempt at drywall a breeze, especially scrape as much as you can to prevent extra sanding, and wet the sandpaper to prevent extra dust. This video was perfect. Thanks Phil.

Phil, thank you for producing what you have done, I know that it does take time and effort to do. It would have been nice to see further steps in your educational videos such as skim coats and priming. It would also be nice to see the walls primed and shown what to look for in touch up after the primer coat. Again, thank you for what you have done.

Phil how would I take peeling paint off a ceiling. Looks like Previous owner just painted the ceiling and it's flaking off.

Use a 6 inch drywall knife and scrape it completely down and then you'll have to take mud thin it down roll it on with a half inch and a half roller then Tip It Off you'll have to skim coat the whole ceiling to make it smooth

I've never seen a sander mop or whatever that is. So would ab electric sander be too much? Side note, your mic is really picking up the sound of the sanding. Made it a lil hard to hear, but I got what you were saying.

I grew up watching my dad do this. Now I'm having to do this and he is gone. Help me out here, Phil. Where is the priming video? What grit are you using? Is it the same grit all the time? I thought my dad sanded between each coat.
