Kick Start kit. I just installed one on mine a couple weeks back. Nothing's cooler than kicking over your bike and wheelieing out of there! Although, nothing is lamer than kicking your bike over and having it not start...

Cool. It's about two lbs, if you ever change your mind. Don't forget about a light weight battery, too! And you can seal the rims to go tubeless and save on unsprung weight.
