Hi Dr. It was very informative and thank you so much for a detailed explanation. I have moderate rhinitis I think by watching this video, at least monthly once I get runny nose and itchy eyes because of dust allergy. And the only remedy for me is to sleep well after I get cold, and it works for me. Sleeping is the only solution for me to get rid of the allergy… I don’t know if it works for others. After a nap of half an hour to 1 hr, the allergy subsides. Is there any scientific reason for this Dr?

Dr whenever I eat anything cold ,,or Inside Ac for long time or Head bath in non heated water ,,,I get sore throat first and then It leads to fever , suffering this for more than 10years ,, sometimes it goes off with.
