I watched this video completely because I had been facing this issue from my childhood to maybe 5 years back.. My uncle is an homeo practitioner, he gave me 2 tiny bottle of pellets, free of cost, I almost forgot that I had this issue years back until I saw this video, i guess he gave me option 2 of what you said, small amount of allergen, I'm exactly not sure though, but I'm cured, even when I cleaned my home with full of dust,.. prior to this, small amount of dust is sufficient to trigger and not just dust, food or milk.. But there are some days when I felt very bad coz of this allergy, during my +2 public exams, taking always cetrizines, and other medicines, feeling like a sick man, it's the worst feeling one can have.. This is my personal exp with homeo, maybe others can give it a try..
