Few questions: 1. How do you set weekends? 2. How to adjust log in and out if a person has night shift- ie 10pm to 10am next day? 3. How to overtime worked in excel?

1. Time Attendance -> General Settings -> General Rule ; You’ll find that option. 2. In shift, you can set 10pm as check in time and 10am as check out time. It will be considered as night shift. 3. When applying shift schedule to staffs, select “overtime”.

I think the my device is not connected with internet can you please help out how to connect device with internet . and please tell me as user attempted attendance on machine it will auto upload to remote db or i have to do it manually .

Please let me know the following 1. What software are you using (including the version)? 2. Is the device and software on two different networks? 3. Is the software and MySQL on two different networks?

@@AfhamnaExplains software version Version of iVMS4200: v3.4.0.5 device and software are on same network software and MySQL are on different network.

@@SaddamHussain-lf5rg If, the device and iVMS4200 are on the same network. It's not necessary for the device to communicated over the internet. To be honest, I haven't tried using remote database. In theory it should work. However, you can check the following: 1. Is the remote database reachable by the computer where software is installed? [If required, you can do a telnet from the computer where the software is installed to remote database IP address and port]. 2. Please verify if the dll file which you uploaded is correct. 3. use the latest iVMS4200 software. iVMS-4200V3.4.0.10 4. Check if there's any firewall / antivirus blocking the application / port. 5. Are you able to get the punch transactions on the monitoring screen on iVMS4200? 6. Are all employees added on the software and the device? 7. Are you using MySQL or are you using something like MAMP? or any other equivalent [mention the package if so].
