Microsoft Word Compare vs Combine: What's the difference?

This was a spectacular tutorial. I just spent the last several hours Googling how to merge Word documents/comments of multiple collaborators. Mostly, I found a lot of nonsense involving "Insert>Object>Text from File" (yikes!). But finally, you explained the best practice, thoroughly, smoothly and enjoyably, in under eight minutes. Thank you.
