I've used attachments like these for thick brush before, they do work well but they can go blunt really quickly especially if said brush is full of rocks and other crap. I find it easier to keep a decent cordless chain pruner handy and cut the grass with either thick line or a polycut.

Very good blade you have there. Two things. 1 only use the left side of the blade or it can violently kick back, 20 keep the blade out of any dirt. Dirt with. Dull a good blade in a hot second.

I have one and rarely use it. But when I do look out. Viscous blade that I keep sharp. I've even used it to teach these young bucks how to sharpen chains. Great product if you need it.

Those are what are called volunteer trees. He did not plant them there, the seeds were blown in by the wind. If he lets all of them keep growing the area which is a meadow will become a forest, which is not what he wants
