Thank you so very much for sharing this. I am a 3rd year student doing my degree in social work, my second major subject choice being psychology, at the University of South Africa, and this video has helped me understand and prepare for my examination on abnormal behaviour and specifically related to the DSM 5 section updates. We have an online facebook study group, and I have share the video on the site. I think this video has made a major contribution in understanding the DSM 5 update. Shaun. Unisa Student, South Africa.

Is there a way to obtain the slide presentation also? I also have forwarded this link to others. Thank you for making this available.

Yes, the presentation can be downloaded as a PDF file at www.anorton.com. Click on "Resource" and then "DSM-5 Resource Page." Once on that page, select "DSM-5 Update for Counselors and Counseling Students." I'm glad you're finding it helpful.

The camera person struggled a lot with recording this. I had to take Advil after this video because I had a bad headache.
