Very good information, 100% gonna use some of the options. Btw, I really really hope google adds the option to use the indirect formula with named ranges directly on data validation.🙏

Can you show an easy way how to transfer Volume (Set x Reps x weight) and the e1RM for the main lifts (Squat,Bench, Deadlift) to an Athlete Dashboard and display it on long term graphs?

I have a problem, when i try continue the recall set and rep for week 2,3 etc, it keeps the same values that are the week 1 group. Pls help me

Did you include new values for those? Adjust your references accordingly
