Hey Chris just wanted to say thank you for all this content you put out there to help athletes. I’m a semi pro athlete with a background in track and field and my 14 year old son plays basketball at high school. With this lockdown I decided to set out a 3 months strength,agility and power workouts for him and all of the programs I used is all the contents you put out and it has done my lil man great good. He’s now quick on the ball,strength level very high and his conditioning well balanced and all of it is what we followed with your contents. I just wanna say with a lot of the stuff I see on KZbin your contents are more tailored and stand out for athletes who knows exactly what they want. And just wanna say one more time thanks for all the great work you doing. You helping out a lot people. Stay bless brother.

Do you do plyometrics and or med ball throws during lifting/strength days? Do you still do Dynamic warm ups on all 4 days, or only on lifting days,or not at all? Should I do yoga along with mobility routines/exercises, so I can have good flexibility as well? Should you do any agility at the end of your workouts or no? Is stability training for instance a baseball players shoulder/elbow along with other muscles done on mobility days to stay healthy or on lifting days? Do you do anti (flexion, lateral flexion, rotation, extension) movements in core training during the in season? Thanks coach

I feel yoga it's just as important is lifting when it comes to recovery. Yeah it also helps you mentally and you could have the best arm the strongest legs but if you don't have it in between the ears you going to be on the sideline pretty quick and I just I believe too many coaches and programs that overlooking that

In the off-season I was squatting 4*5 90kg 1-2 times per week. Is 3*3 90kg enough to maintain the strength in-season?
@VocalBeast4 жыл бұрын
Yep, it is. To maintain strength just get a few sets with the same weight but with lesser volume than your off season work and if you want drop the weight slightly.
